Northern Heights Development marked a milestone on Friday, June 5th with a groundbreaking ceremony. The Northern Heights team, city leaders, and partners gathered to celebrate a unique opportunity on Sioux City's north end of Indian Hills Drive. The development project includes nearly 50 acres and 156 lots slated for single-family and multi-family lots.
