Is there a tax abatement?
No, there is no tax abatement. Certain funding has allowed us to reduce the lot price up front instead of receiving the incentive on the back end via a tax abatement.
SITE DEVELOPMENT
When will the site be ready for home building?
Phase 1A/1B is anticipated to be ready for home building by mid-summer 2027.
