Northern Height's vision is to build a connected, intentional, and community-based neighborhood. To support that vision, Northern Heights will have a structured approach to governance, including a homeowners association (HOA), design guidelines, and covenants that help protect the character and value over time.
Our team is finalizing the governance documents that will outline how the HOA operates, what design standards apply to new homes, and how shared responsibilities are managed. Full HOA documents, bylaws, covenants, and design guidelines can be provided upon request.
